Es un hermoso departamento. Alejado del centro pero con una parada de subte y colectivos a media cuadra. El shopping de enfrente es muy lindo también, con muchos lugares para comer. La ducha es excelente y todo es muy hermoso y con estilo.

Bien conectado con transporte público, hay varios bares y restaurantes cerca pero el domingo está todo cerrado (salvo McDonald’s). Piso nuevo y decorado con gusto. Hubiera sido útil disponer de algunos productos básicos (azúcar, té, sal, etc.). Buena relación calidad/precio.

The apartment is modern and well designed. it is clean and location is good too. Host responded to all our needs in a reasonable time frame and was very helpful. we had a great stay there. I recommend it to everyone

Great stay ! Next to the subway , across the street from the shopping center and close to the convention center. If you have a Meeting at the Fira , this is the place to stay!!

Perfect location for Fira Gran Via (very close to the south entrance). Wifi worked well. Very close to shopping center with a huge Carrefour where you can buy your provisions for breakfast etc.

El apartamento es perfecto y lo único que echamos de menos es ropa de mesa (manteles) y ropa de cama para el sofá-cama.

Spacious, well appointed apartment with modern styling. Location is within throwing distance of the Fira (the new Fira), which makes it a perfect home base for conference attendees!

Acabamos de pasar el fin del año 2015 en este apartamento, muy buena ubicación, tranquilo y limpio. Lo recomiendo a todos y sobre a mis colegas de trabajo. Un séjour très agréable, dans un appartement très propre et très bien agencer, quartier et immeuble moderne très calme et très bien situer, proche d'un grand centre commercial (idéal pour faire les courses, shopping et restaurant), station de métro à même pas une dizaine de mètres, le bus qui se situe à moins de 100 mètres emmène directement à l'aéroport (20 min de trajet) grande facilité de transport pour accèder aux lieux désirer.

I had no problems finding the apartment, especially with the personal email from the staff giving detailed directions. The apartment was good, comfortable. The only problem I had was with hot water and that was because the boiler had been unplugged in error. As soon as I sent a text to notify The manager, she was attentive and got straight back to me, then followed up to make sure I had got the issue fixed. All in all a good stay, perfect for my business purposes. Only thing I would add to the kitchen would be a kettle to boil water and some coffee, although there was tea.
